Highlight talks: 25' presentation + 5' discussion
Contributed talks: 12' presentation + 3' discussion
Due to the large number of presentations it is crucial that all speakers stay within the above limits.
A Windows computer will be available at the conference, supporting the following presentations formats:
- Microsoft Powerpoint 2013 on Windows 7
- Adobe Reader(PDF) on Windows 7
- OpenOffice Impress 3.4 on Windows 7
In addition, an Apple Mac mini with OS X is available, supporting presentations with:
- Keynotes (Version 6.2)
- Microsoft Office Application for Mac
Please note, if you would prefer to give your talk on a Mac, we ask you to prepare a PDF version of the talk as well.
Please take extra care to ensure that all of the files needed for your presentation are included on the flash drive!
Please hand your presentation to the LOC members in the lecture hall - at latest - at the beginning of the break before your session.
Posters (poster plan)
Size of the poster wall: 88 x 120 cm²
We suggest to prepare posters in portrait orientation and format A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm²).
Please bring your poster with you Monday morning and pin it up by noon.
All posters must be removed by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10.
